No change-of-mind refunds and exchanges on sale items. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged. Please see RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS for more information.

CANCEL ORDER

Please reach out to us with our help page with your order number, and our customer service team will help you. Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfilment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment.

There is also no "price match" on any item. If you purchased something on BlueBasket and the price later drops, unfortunately you can't get a refund for the difference.
